Concentrated Japanese-style ramen soup base sauce, made with soy sauce (33%), water, salt, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5’-ribonucleotides), hydrolyzed soy protein, ethyl alcohol, spices, modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), natural flavouring, yeast extract, and seaweed (ascophyllum nodosum) powder. Intense umami flavor, perfect for making authentic shoyu ramen in minutes.
