Curried potatoes in coconut oil

Sashi's Tasty Bites

Ingredients:


  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 125 ml water
  • 
2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 
3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 
1.5 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds


Procedure:

Peel and dice the potatoes and fry them gently in the coconut oil for around 10 minutes. Slice the onion and garlic and add to the potatoes with the curry powder. Add the water and cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving.
